What should be done when can’t connect/Reconnecting?

If you are experiencing connection issues, it may because the network is not stable and has some fluctuations at the moment, or you are blocked by firewall.
Notice: For Android users, please make sure you have force stop other VPN running background even not connected.
You may try following steps to solve the issue:
1.Please make sure you have internet connection on your device before the X-VPN does its job.
2.Make sure you are using the latest version of X-VPN.
3.Try every protocol in X-VPN to see which works for you now.

4.Change to different servers, especially "The Fastest Server".

5. For Mobile users, you can add a domain to promote the connection quality.
Check what website you can visit without VPN, then go to X-VPN Menu > Protocols > Add Web Domain, and enter the domain of that website, like”www.**web you can visit**.com” , and then tap apply. After you done that, please switch to protocol I and then tap the connect button.
