Why I subscribed but account stays free?

The failure to activate the account is generally caused by an operation error. The following methods may help with your problem.

The X-VPN account was not logged in when purchasing

If you made the purchase in the X-VPN app but did not log in to your X-VPN account when purchasing,  the subscription will show that your payment is successful but it fails to bind to your device or account, you can rebind it by using the "Restore Purchase" feature

Logged in with a Huawei account instead of an X-VPN account when purchasing

In this case, Huawei will automatically create an account with the suffix @getxvpn for you and bind the subscription. Please contact us, and we will help you to solve the problem.

Entered the wrong email address when purchasing

If you purchase on X-VPN's official website, but enter the wrong email address, the subscription will be bound to the wrong email address. Please contact us or write to support@xvpn.io, and provide us with the proof of purchase, and we will help you to solve the problem.

Cryptocurrency payment

Subscriptions paid by cryptocurrency will take effect within 24 hours, please be patient. If your account is still not activated after 24 hours, please contact us.
