Subscriptions purchased from X-VPN official website

Subscriptions paid by Credit Card, Paypal, and Paymentwall can enjoy our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can contact us online or write to support@xvpn.io to apply for a refund.

Subscriptions paid for with cryptocurrency can’t be refunded.

Subscriptions purchased in the X-VPN app

Most in-app purchase subscriptions need to comply with the refund policy of the corresponding platform. Please choose the corresponding platform and follow the steps to apply for a refund:

Huawei Refund: Please contact us online or write to support@xvpn.io. We will send you a refund confirmation email within 24 hours on working days, and you can use this email to apply for a refund from Huawei customer service.

Note:

Subscriptions purchased with phone credit are non-refundable.
