How does my subscription renew?

Latest edited on 2023-06-28

This article explains plans purchased through which payment methods will automatically renew and the rules for auto-renewal.

Which plans will auto-renew?

Plans paid with the cryptocurrency and Paymentwall (except FasterPay) are one-time purchases and will not automatically renew after the current plan expires.

Note: The 12+3 promotional year plan on the official website is also a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew.

Plans paid with PayPal, credit card, Apple In-App Payment, Google In-App Payment, Huawei In-App Payment, etc. are all subscriptions and will automatically renew after the current plan expires.

What are the subscription plans’ auto-renewal rules?

With the subscription model, you will get a 7-day trial, a one-month plan, a half-year plan, or an annual plan.

If you do not cancel the subscription, the subscription plan will automatically renew after the current subscription plan expires.

Note: Some payment platforms may deduct fees in advance for renewal, and the specific deduction time is subject to the regulations of each platform.

If you do not want to automatically renew, you need to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal starts. Learn how to cancel my subscription?

Note: Subscriptions not canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal starts will automatically renew, and refunds will not be available until the renewal is complete.
