Connection issues on Linux and Router

This article will guide you through connectivity issues with Linux and router versions of X-VPN.

Linux connection issues

1. For installation-related issues, please refer to How to use X-VPN on Linux?

2. If you have successfully installed X-VPN on Linux but are unable to connect successfully, please contact online customer service for a network diagnosis and a targeted solution.

Router connection issues

1. For installation-related issues, please refer to VPN for router.

2. If you have successfully installed X-VPN on your router, but cannot connect successfully:

PPTP, L2TP connection issues: We recommend you use Openwrt or OpenVPN to connect. If your device does not support Openwrt or OpenVPN, please send your router model and routing connection log to our online customer service, and we will arrange for a network engineer to perform remote network diagnosis via computer for you.

Openwrt or OpenVPN connection issues: Please send your router model and routing connection log to online customer service, and we will arrange for a network engineer to conduct remote network diagnosis via computer for you.

P.S.: Different brands and models of routers have different methods to find the connection log, we suggest you search accordingly on the router website or contact the router manufacturer's customer service.
