This article will guide you through connectivity issues with Linux and router versions of X-VPN.

Linux connection issues:

1. For installation-related issues, please refer to How to use X-VPN on Linux?

2. If you have successfully installed X-VPN on Linux but are unable to connect successfully, please contact online customer service for a network diagnosis and a targeted solution.

Router connection issues:

1. For installation-related issues, please refer to VPN for router.

2. If you have successfully installed X-VPN on your router, but cannot connect successfully:

PPTP, L2TP connection issues: We recommend you use OpenVPN or Wireguard to connect. If your device does not support OpenVPN or Wireguard, please send your router model and routing connection log to our online customer service, and we will check for you.

OpenVPN, Wireguard and AmneziaWG connection issues: Please send your router model and routing connection log to online customer service, and we will check for you.

P.S.: Different brands and models of routers have different methods to find the connection log, we suggest you search according on the router website or contact the router manufacturer's customer service.
